1. All three servo axes can perform precise position control. This means the distance (melting depth) between the upper and lower workpieces in contact with the hot plate can be strictly controlled at the same position, ensuring that the amount of melted material of each workpiece is completely consistent. As a high-performance hot plate welder, it excels in such precision control.

2. Speed control: The speeds of approaching the hot plate, leaving the hot plate, and clamping can be accurately set and repeated. The smooth speed curve avoids impact on semi-molten workpieces and ensures welding quality.

3. Pressure control: During the clamping and pressure-holding stages, the servo motor can switch to precise torque (pressure) control, ensuring constant welding pressure without being affected by air supply pressure fluctuations or changes in mechanical friction.

4. Precise pressure control: The servo motor can precisely control movement and applied force to achieve closed-loop pressure control. This means the pressure of each welding is completely consistent. Precise position control: Welding depth, hot plate in/out position, etc., can be precise to the micron level through the servo motor, ensuring the geometric dimensions of each welded product are completely consistent. No weak points or defects: Precise control avoids defects such as over-welding (excessive extrusion and overflow of materials leading to internal material shortage) or under-welding (insufficient melting and weak bonding).

5. The safety gate is hardwired interlocked with the equipment's control system or connected via a safety PLC. As long as the safety gate is not closed, dangerous actions such as welding and pressing will never start, fundamentally preventing the operator's hands from being pinched or scalded by the mold.

6.
