No weak points or defects: Precise control avoids defects such as over-welding (excessive extrusion and overflow of materials leading to internal material shortage) or under-welding (insufficient melting and weak bonding).
5. The safety gate is hardwired interlocked with the equipment's control system or connected via a safety PLC. As long as the safety gate is not closed, dangerous actions such as welding and pressing will never start, fundamentally preventing the operator's hands from being pinched or scalded by the mold.
