Servo Pallet Welding Machine

 

Main Functions:

 

1. The machine adopts a servo system to precisely control the vertical movement of the cold plate, and the hot plate is driven to move forward and backward through the forward and reverse rotation of the motor.

2. Workpieces are moved to the welding position via rollers and fixed by a clip clamping method.

3. The upper mold moves down and makes slight contact with the honeycomb panel. Check whether the upper clip can fit with the honeycomb panel; fine-tuning can be made for front, rear, left and right adjustments.

4. The upper and lower weldments enter the baking area respectively, and the upper and lower plastic parts of the weldments are baked and melted.

5. The upper mold rises, the hot plate retreats quickly, and the upper mold moves down to weld the workpieces.
