1. When using the hot plate press, please operate within the specified working pressure and voltage range.
2. Before use, blow away any debris, dust, and dirt from the pipes to prevent blockages.
3. Do not open the chassis if you are not an expert; this may cause danger.
4. Do not use liquids or air containing corrosive substances, as this may damage internal components.
5. When operating the hot plate press, to avoid short circuits or wiring errors that could cause malfunctions or electric shock, do not touch the terminals or switches.
6. Do not place other objects on the machine to avoid the risk of falling objects causing damage to people, the machine, or equipment, malfunctions, or loss of control.
7. Do not put your hands into the cylinder's operating range.
8. Please check the wiring of the inductive switch correctly. Damage, stretching, twisting, bending, or placing heavy objects may cause short circuits, wiring malfunctions, sparks, or electric shock.
9. Do not use spindle oil or engine oil to lubricate the cylinders. This may cause the seals to swell and lead to malfunctions. (Thin sewing oil can be used).
10. Magnetic materials such as testing instruments must not be placed near the magnetic components of the magnetic induction cylinder and solenoid valve.
11. After turning on the hot platen machine, do not touch the hot platen mold with your hands to avoid burns.
12. When the film is loaded into the mold and the start button is pressed, if the film is found to be correct or there are other problems, do not correct it immediately. Press the emergency stop switch to stop the machine and correct or adjust the position of the film.
13. After using the hot platen, please periodically purge the air filter to remove the filter.
