During the spin welding process, asymmetrical workpieces or uneven stress distribution can generate massive overturning moments. Our reinforced plate structure acts as a rigid "portal frame" that distributes these moments evenly, ensuring the upper mold maintains strictly horizontal movement under pressure without shaking or tilting. Equipped with precision linear bearings and a servo drive system, the machine provides ultra-high guiding accuracy, guaranteeing exceptional repeatable positioning for every clamping cycle.

For oriented spin welding, workpieces rely on their integrated guide ribs and grooves for alignment. The absolute vertical and horizontal clamping motion provided by the heavy-duty plates ensures that components are not deflected by lateral forces, perfectly maintaining the designed concentricity. Furthermore, because the movable plate remains stable and level, the welding depth (melt amount) is precisely controlled, ensuring highly consistent welding quality for every finished product.
