Speed control

The speeds for approaching the hot plate, moving away from the hot plate, and closing the mold can all be precisely set and repeated. A smooth speed curve prevents impact on partially melted workpieces, ensuring welding quality.

 

Pressure control

During the clamping and holding phases, the servo motors can switch to precise torque (pressure) control, ensuring that the welding pressure remains constant and is unaffected by fluctuations in air supply pressure or changes in mechanical friction.

 

The dual-lead screw design provides smoother and more precise pressure control

Designed specifically for large, thick-walled, and complex products, the servo motors can precisely control movement and applied force to achieve closed-loop pressure control. This ensures that the pressure is exactly the same for every weld. With precise position control, parameters such as weld depth and the entry/exit positions of the heating plates can be adjusted with micrometer-level accuracy via the servo motor, ensuring that the geometric dimensions of each welded product are completely consistent. There are no weak points or defects. Precise control prevents defects such as over-welding (where material is excessively squeezed and overflows, leading to internal material shortages) or under-welding (insufficient melting, resulting in a weak bond).

 

The safety door is hard-wired to the equipment's control system or connected via a safety PLC

.As long as the safety door is not closed, hazardous operations such as welding and pressing will never be initiated, fundamentally preventing operators' hands from being pinched or scalded by the mold.
