Product Description
Our compact servo hot melt welding machine is designed for thermal staking, plastic boss forming, insertion, and localized hot-melt assembly. A heated tool softens the molded plastic boss, while the servo press forms it into a controlled fastening head. This process can connect plastic parts with metal sheets, circuit boards, decorative panels, or other components without screws or liquid adhesive.
The servo system allows precise control of movement speed, forming depth, position, holding time, and return stroke. This helps the servo hot melt welding machine maintain consistent stake height and reduce excessive plastic deformation. The servo hot melt welding machine can use single-point or multi-point heated tooling and can store different process recipes for fast product changeovers.
