Product Description
The AC-D6900 dual head ultrasonic welding machine is developed for plastic products with two welding points, long structures, large surfaces, or asymmetrical layouts. In synchronous mode, the two welding heads descend and vibrate at the same time, allowing two welding positions to be completed in one cycle. For products that require two separate cycles on a conventional single-head machine, production output can increase by approximately 80% to 100%.
Synchronous pressure on both sides helps improve force balance and reduces uneven welding depth, one-sided joints, and deformation of long plastic components. The dual head ultrasonic welding machine also supports independent operation. Each welding head can process a different product with separately adjusted time, pressure, amplitude, and energy settings.
The distance between the two heads can be adjusted, and each head can move laterally and rotate through 360°. Electric lifting simplifies mold adjustment, while the extended heavy-duty table supports large tooling and multi-position fixtures. The dual head ultrasonic welding machine also includes automatic frequency tracking, overload protection, overheating protection, fault alarms, data storage, and optional MES communication.
