Main Features
1. This machine uses a servo system to precisely control the vertical movement of the cold plates, while the hot plate moves forward and backward via the forward and reverse rotation of a servo motor.
2. Workpieces are moved left and right to the welding position by two lower cold plates; one cold plate loads the workpiece and the other performs welding, allowing for simultaneous operation and doubling efficiency.
3. The upper die lowers to make slight contact with the honeycomb panel to verify that the upper clamps align with the panel; fine adjustments can be made in the forward, backward, left, and right directions.
4. The upper and lower workpieces enter the baking zone separately, where the plastic components on the top and bottom of the workpiece are heated and melted.
5. The upper die rises, the hot plate rapidly retracts, and the upper die lowers to weld the workpiece.

The welding process is highly controllable and repeatable:
Multi-stage precision control is employed.
