Product Description
The medium-size pneumatic plastic hot melt machine is designed for multi-point thermal staking and localized plastic forming. Compressed air drives the heated tool toward the plastic bosses or ribs. The softened material is then formed into a fastening head that secures another plastic, metal, electronic, or decorative component.
The pneumatic plastic hot melt machine provides a practical structure for medium-volume production and products with several fastening points. Temperature, air pressure, heating time, forming time, and cooling time can be adjusted. The pneumatic plastic hot melt machine can be equipped with independent heating zones, slide tables, turntables, dual fixtures, part sensors, and automatic unloading.

Our monthly production capacity is approximately 15 to 30 machines. Standard equipment normally requires around one month, while customized equipment generally requires approximately one and a half months.
Packaging and Shipping
The machine is fixed securely for export transportation. Electrical, pneumatic, and heated-tool sections are protected against moisture and impact.
Payment Terms
Standard equipment normally requires a 50% deposit and a 50% balance before shipment. Customized equipment normally requires a 60% deposit and a 40% balance after acceptance.
