Product Description
Our Q60 pneumatic heat plate welding machine is designed for larger plastic products requiring an expanded working area and reinforced fixture support. The joining surfaces are heated by a multi-zone hot plate, after which the pneumatic system presses the components together to complete the weld.
The Q60 platform uses a heavy-duty frame, stable guide structure, and customized cylinder arrangement. This allows the pneumatic heat plate welding machine to process longer weld contours and heavier fixtures. The PLC controls heating, transfer, welding, holding, and cooling stages. Our pneumatic heat plate welding machine can also be equipped with sliding fixtures, pneumatic clamps, vacuum positioning, automatic unloading, leak testing, and conveyor connections.

Quality Assurance
Fixture alignment, cylinder operation, air-pressure stability, heating uniformity, PLC control, and safety performance are inspected before shipment. Continuous-cycle testing is performed before the final inspection.
Packaging and Payment
The equipment is packed according to export requirements. EXW and FOB terms are supported. Standard orders normally use a 50% advance payment and a 50% balance after acceptance and before shipment.

Without physical contact, there is no need to clean plastic residue from the heating plate. This dramatically reduces equipment downtime and long-term maintenance workload.
Precise Power Calibration
Infrared power and irradiation time can be finely adjusted, allowing for a more precise process window and uniform melting depth control with minimal internal stress.
