Product Description
The Q40 pneumatic thermoplastic welding machine is designed for medium-size plastic assemblies requiring reliable welding performance and flexible fixture configurations. The two plastic components are positioned in customized tooling, heated by a controlled platen, and pressed together through pneumatic movement.
Compared with smaller equipment, the Q40 pneumatic thermoplastic welding machine can support a larger tooling area, multiple cavities, or more complex component positioning. Separate heating zones can improve temperature consistency across long welding ribs. The pneumatic thermoplastic welding machine can also be connected with slide tables, turntables, conveyors, robots, and automatic inspection equipment.

Production Capacity
Our monthly output is approximately 15 to 30 machines. Standard equipment generally requires around one month, while customized projects normally require approximately one and a half months.

We provide installation instructions, electrical drawings, operation training, parameter adjustment, and remote troubleshooting. A one-year warranty is included.
