Product Description
Our Q30 pneumatic thermal welding machine is developed for small and medium thermoplastic parts requiring stable hot plate welding and straightforward machine maintenance. The equipment uses compressed air to move the fixtures and hot plate. After the plastic surfaces are heated, the hot plate retracts and the parts are pressed together until the joint cools.
The compact structure makes the pneumatic thermal welding machine suitable for factories with limited production space. Temperature, air pressure, heating time, welding time, and cooling time can be adjusted through the control system. The Q30 pneumatic thermal welding machine can be equipped with single-cavity or multi-cavity fixtures, part-position sensors, slide tables, leak testers, and conveyor interfaces.
