Product Description
Our double station hot plate welding machine is developed for manufacturers that need stable plastic welding quality without allowing loading and unloading time to slow down the production line. The machine heats the joining surfaces of two thermoplastic components with a temperature-controlled hot plate. Once the material reaches the programmed melting condition, the hot plate retracts and the fixtures press the two parts together until the joint cools and solidifies. This process can create strong, consistent, and sealed welds for large housings, tanks, ducts, and other components with long or irregular welding contours.
The two-station structure is the main advantage of this double station hot plate welding machine. One station can perform the welding cycle while the other is used for loading, unloading, inspection, or fixture preparation. This overlapping workflow reduces idle time and improves equipment utilization. Depending on the application, the two stations can operate alternately or follow a coordinated production sequence. Our double station hot plate welding machine can also be integrated with conveyors, turntables, robots, leak testers, barcode readers, and MES systems for semi-automatic or fully automatic production.

Quality Control
Each machine is inspected during component processing, assembly, electrical commissioning, and final testing. Temperature stability, station alignment, fixture movement, safety interlocks, and continuous-cycle performance are checked before packing. We conduct a 100% final inspection and accept third-party inspection.
