Product Description
Our hydraulic thermal welding machine is designed for large, thick-walled, or heavy plastic components that require stable and sustained joining pressure. During operation, the plastic parts are held in customized fixtures and moved toward the heated platen. After the joining surfaces are softened, the hot plate retracts and the hydraulic system presses the parts together until the molten interfaces cool and form a strong joint.
Hydraulic actuation provides steady force during both the welding and cooling stages, making the hydraulic thermal welding machine suitable for large fixtures and wide welding contours. It can reduce pressure fluctuation and help maintain even contact across long plastic seams. Our Y60 hydraulic thermal welding machine can be configured in vertical or horizontal form and can include reinforced guides, multiple heating zones, pressure monitoring, automatic loading, and post-weld leak testing.

Quality Control
The hydraulic system, oil circuit, fixture alignment, hot plate temperature, PLC functions, and safety devices are checked before shipment. Each machine undergoes repeated dry-cycle and loaded-cycle testing. A 100% final inspection is completed before packing.
Production and Delivery
Our monthly production capacity is approximately 15 to 30 machines, depending on equipment size and project complexity. Standard equipment generally requires around one month, while customized machinery normally requires approximately one and a half months.
Packaging and Shipping
The machine is secured according to export-shipping requirements. Electrical components, hydraulic parts, tooling, and moving structures are protected against moisture, vibration, and impact. Customized packaging is available according to the destination and unloading conditions.

Without physical contact, there is no need to clean plastic residue from the heating plate. This dramatically reduces equipment downtime and long-term maintenance workload.
