Product Description
Our servo hot plate welding machine is designed for thermoplastic parts that require precise welding depth, stable movement, and repeatable joint quality. The upper and lower fixtures position the two plastic components, while a temperature-controlled hot plate melts the joining surfaces. After heating, the hot plate retracts and the servo system accurately moves the parts together. Welding depth, movement speed, position, holding time, and cooling time can be programmed according to the product structure.
Compared with conventional mechanical-stop equipment, the servo hot plate welding machine provides more flexible process adjustment and better repeatability. Multiple product recipes can be stored in the HMI, allowing operators to switch between different components without repeatedly resetting mechanical positions. The rigid frame and controlled servo movement help reduce uneven compression, excessive material displacement, and deformation of long plastic parts. Our servo hot plate welding machine can be equipped with safety doors, product sensors, barcode identification, process-data storage, leak testing, and MES communication.
