Servo hot plate welding machines utilize the basic principle of electric heating and melting. They involve pre-setting the operating temperature and, when paired with sophisticated machinery, perform electric welding. This overcomes the limitations of ultrasonic welding machines for large and complex plastic products, such as PP and PE thermosetting materials, and is suitable for welding large and intricate areas. Examples include water tanks, car boxes, carbon boxes, brake boxes, bumpers, car dashboards, exhaust filters, batteries, motorcycle circuit breakers, plastic balance rings for automatic washing machines, and plastic window doors in the real estate industry. Below are some precautions for using servo hot plate welding machines.
What should you pay attention to when using a servo hot plate welding machine?
1. Before operating the hot plate welding machine, check that all components are functioning correctly, especially the power supply and standard air pressure. Ensure all working parts are in the correct positions. Only after a thorough inspection should the machine be operated.
2. Companies should pay attention to the personal conduct and professional competence of operators. Invite specialized operators or those who enjoy learning and care for company property to receive training. No one other than the operator should operate the machine. This is to prevent accidents.
3. Operators must operate the machine according to the technical specifications in the instruction manual throughout the entire operation process. Do not start the machine arbitrarily. Operators must not concentrate solely on the machine during operation. Do not talk to others. If an operator needs to leave their post urgently during machine operation, wait a while.
4. If the power is interrupted or other unexpected situations occur during fully automatic operation of the hot plate machine, press the stop button. After resuming operation, manually adjust the machine back to its working position.
5. After operating the hot plate machine, return all machine parts to their original positions, turn off the power switch, and immediately clean away any sawdust or other dirt around the machine to prevent contamination and potential damage.
The hot plate machine features a fully enclosed structure with an exhaust system at the front of the cover. This system quickly expels harmful gases generated during welding into the internal cavity of the equipment, reducing the risk of harm to workers. The machine has movable doors on the rear and lower sides for easy maintenance. To ensure production safety and reflect personalized design solutions, safety grilles are installed at the actual operation exits. In the case of automatic welding, if all parts of the body are within the risk area of the machinery, the machinery can be stopped immediately and resumed only after the risk has been eliminated.
