A hot plate welding machine, also known as a hot plate fusion welding machine, is an industrial piece of equipment that uses electrothermal melting to weld plastics. It is primarily suitable for welding thermoplastic materials such as PP and PE. This equipment melts the plastic joint surfaces using a heating plate, and can weld complex workpieces such as automotive radiators, fuel tanks, dashboards, and taillights. It is widely used in automotive manufacturing, home appliance production, and construction.
The equipment includes vertical, horizontal, and plastic pallet welding machines. Vertical hot plate welding machines use cylinders to drive the hot mold, are equipped with linear guides and a PID temperature control system, and are suitable for workpieces such as automotive bumpers and washing machine balance rings. Horizontal hot plate welding machines are suitable for welding curved workpieces, have a PLC control system and a touch screen interface, and support parameter adjustment and automated operation. The welding process uses a pull-out frame structure, with a pneumatic device driving the template movement. The hot mold is made of aluminum-copper alloy and is equipped with vacuum suction cup positioning and safety light curtain devices. Some models integrate a servo drive system to achieve precise control of welding pressure and stroke.
Hot plate welding machines, large hot plate welding machines, auto parts welding machines, nut embedding hot melt machines, hot melt riveting welding machines, LED lamp hot plate welding machines, plastic hot riveting machines, toy perforated balls, deodorant balls, fragrances, carburetors, round containers, medical containers, medical tubing, automotive plastic fuel tanks, batteries, water tanks, oil tanks, kettles, and oil cans are all available. Welding machines are also used for automotive plastic fuel tanks, batteries, automotive taillights, automotive dashboards, automotive air intake pipes, plastic pallets, washing machine drums, dishwasher water tanks, steam irons, foot baths, building templates, radiator water chambers, carburetors, battery boxes, etc.
